1. How to successfully complete assistant setup?
Steps:

1. Open the app
2. Click on “Setup My Assistant”
3. Enter Your Mobile no. and click on Send OTP
4. Enter OTP and click on Verify OTP
5. Enter Your name and select your Gender then click on next
6. Give the Required Permissions
7. Choose the Assistant voice
8. Set Equal AI as Default Caller ID and Spam App
9. Select the sim for which you want Equal AI Assistant to handle calls.
10. You are all set!!! 
2. How can I fix repeated call forwarding setup failures?
If you are experiencing a call forwarding failure, please follow the steps below:

First, try the basic steps:
1.
Tap on the “Try Now” option to attempt the setup again.
2. Wait for some time and retry the process.

If the issue persists:
1.
Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Reset your network settings.
4. Contact customer support for further assistance.

Note: Ensure that you have a stable and proper network connection, as successful call forwarding setup (Assistant Activation) depends on network availability.
3. What should I do if I am not receiving the OTP?
If you are not receiving the OTP, please try the following:  
1. Ensure you have a stable network connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).  
2. Wait for a few minutes and try requesting the OTP again.
If the issue persists, consider restarting your device or checking if SMS services are active on your number.
4. Can I update my name or gender after signing up?
Yes, you can update your name and gender even after successfully completing onboarding.

Steps to update name and gender:

Open the Home Screen → Go to Settings → Tap on Personal Details → Edit your name and gender, then save the changes.

The updated details will be reflected in how the assistant represents you during the call.
5. Can I change the assistant’s voice after onboarding?
Yes, you can always change your assistant’s voice at any time.

Steps to update the assistant’s voice after onboarding:

Open the Home Screen → Go to Settings → Tap on Assistant’s Voice” → Select your preferred voice option.

The updated voice will be applied immediately for future calls handled by the assistant.
6. Can I register using one number and activate the assistant on a different number?
Yes, the number you use to sign up doesn't have to be the same number where the AI Assistant answers calls. You can register with one number and then forward calls from a different number to activate the assistant on that line.
